Working at Sialtech

Within our company there is a collegial, informal atmosphere with plenty of room for personal initiative. Sialtech has more than 30 employees who work on projects independently or in small teams. We have a diverse team, of which two-thirds have been in service for more than 10 years. That says enough. For all our employees, we seek the right balance between personal responsibility and guidance.

Do you have a technical background, and do you like to work outside? Are you enthusiastic, accurate and driven? Then we would like to invite you for an interview.

Internal training

You don’t have the right diplomas yet? We have an active training policy for both professional knowledge and skills, in which work and learning go hand in hand. As a junior fieldworker, you follow a one-year training programme. After obtaining your certificates and an audit, you can call yourself an environmental fieldworker.

Driving license

To be able to work on location you have to be able to drive a car. No B-driving license yet? No problem. We offer the possibility to get your driver’s license through us in an accelerated manner.

Internships

For students of pre-vocational secondary education (VMBO) and intermediate vocational education (MBO) we have interesting and instructive internships that are an excellent basis for your further career.

Office

Interested in a job at our office? Your organizational skills and excellent interpersonal skills are most welcome. Your knowledge of and experience with fieldwork, administration or logistics can also be put to good use at our office.
